Dr. Lia Davitadze

Lia holds a Master degree in English Philology and a PhD in Educational Sciences with the focus on university– enterprise cooperation and curricula modernization. Before that, she was trained as a medical doctor. She is a senior communication expert with MACS and the program coordinator of the Rural Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Program in Ajara, Georgia and also involved as a communication expert in many other projects.
Before joining MACS, Lia held the position of assistant professor at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, where apart from academic achievements, she gained solid experience in staff management.
During her studies in her professional life, she lived in Bulgaria, Spain, Russia.
Next to her mother tongue Georgian, Lia speaks English and Russian, as well as basic Turkish and Spanish.
