Quality Policy Statement
Our Quality Policy specifies the degree of excellence, which we as an organization commit to as the following:
“All activities of the organization will be carried out in a systematic manner. All services provided will be in accordance with defined and documented policies and procedures. Applicable legislative requirements will be met, our processes will be visible and auditable, and we will ensure that the needs of all stakeholders and staff are met.”
MACS identifies, analyzes, monitors and reviews factors that may affect the ability to satisfy customers and stakeholders, as well as factors that may adversely affect the stability and integrity of the processes and management system.
