MACS Career Path
Your career path at MACS
There are three levels at which you can join MACS.
An associate’s task is to develop first-hand knowledge of our clients’ critical business issues, develop client-management and communication skills, and to learn to solve problems. An associate is directly responsible for clearly-defined elements of projects, and contributes to the completion of the project as a whole.
Consultants are expected to develop specialized knowledge and manage significant parts of projects. Consultants work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of competitive issues. Consultants must not only create strategies for change, they must convince clients that their strategies are right, and work with clients to implement these strategies successfully.
Project Leaders are responsible for the project as a whole. They require leadership skills, and must be able to see the big picture without ignoring important details. A Project Leader’s task is to use the individual skills of his or her team members to develop creative solutions to complex problems. He or she is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
