In the framework of the Water Sector Performance and Investment Programme (WPIP) / Municipal Infrastructure Programme V (MPIP V), the intensive assessment phase has started and meetings are held with the management teams of 7 municipal - now regional utilities. The MACS team as member of the SWECO SETEC MACS consortium is in on site Albania, active since late January 2023.
