In the framework of the Albania Water Sector Performance and Investment Programme Municipal Infrastructure Programme V (WPIP / MIP V), the MACS team is currently implementing on site Integrity Management Workshops with all Program utilities in Vlora, Elbasan, Berat, Fier, Lezha and Shkodra.
The focus in the workshops is laid on identifying integrity related risks that can hamper utility development and develop a strategy and action roadmap for improved integrity management on the top and mid-management level of the utilities.
