In the context of MACS Activities in the Implementation of the WPIP MIP Project in Albania, the Capacilty Building Team implemented a group coaching session with representatives of all 6 Program Utilities.
The goal of these coaching sessions is to improve the overall capabilities of the utility staff in utility management, including O&M, staff management, stakeholder management, communication and awareness raising.
The workshop took place at the headquarters of the Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUK) and included intense workshopping with inputs of all participants to develop utility management approaches befitting to the specifc requirements of each of the program utilities.
