Due to Covid 19 and social distancing measures, MACS is currently switching to online trainings, which is especially challenging for the practical part of the eSave training. This first training, however, was successful and showed that it is possible to have an interactive practical training. Even though online trainings can never really compare to “face to face” trainings when it comes to human interaction, MACS will continue to search for and try out different approaches, concepts and tools to improve remote trainings and to bring the experience of participants as close as possible to that of live trainings.
