In the framework of the Ajara Rural Water Supply and Wastewater Program, the MACS team is mentoring the operators of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) equipment.
The recently recruited operators, after receiving the first introductory training, are currently undergoing in-depth on-the-job training and are being mentored by the MACS O&M expert on site.
Further emphasis during the mentoring program is put on the re-training in Occupational Health and Safety measures as well as appropriate maintenance of the equipment to ensure long lasting and sustainable implovements in efficiency but also in extended service life of the respective equipment.
