The MACS team implemented together with the Ajara Water Alliance a comprehensive two-day Contract Management - FIDIC Training Workshop. 40 training workshop participants from the Ajara Water Alliance, the newly founded municipal water utilities, and the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Ajara were introduced to the FIDIC Pink Book contract principles.
The participants actively participated in the interactive workshop, gave very positive feedback, and expressed interest to learn more about the FIDIC workshop which is envisaged for Fall 2023.
