As part of MACS' services to the German Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG, MACS was selected to prepare a CO2 reduction and energy savings study for BSH's Eligible Green Assets financed or refinanced by BSH's Green Bond issues. MACS compiled and calculated the carbon footprint and energy consumption for eligible green buildings, determined the baseline benchmark for residential buildings in Germany and quantified the Impact and the resulting financed share.
