Internal and external staff have been trained via a webinar on the basics of the system and their role in it, as well as on the available resources. The webinar was followed up by an open discussion to address questions and suggestions for the continuation of the certification process. The webinar marks a major milestone towards receiving certification for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. The certification will help MACS to stay at the forefront of best practice and effectively and transparently communicate its commitment to high-quality services towards existing and future clients.
